❤ Step 1 : Placing an order.

To place an order, please submit your order via order form.

Upon receiving your order, item will automatically be reserved & payment is to be made in the next 24 hours else item will be released without further notice unless an agreement exist beforehand.

❤ Step 2 : Payment methods.

For Malaysian buyers, payment is to be made to our Maybank or Cimb account.

For Singaporian buyers, payment is to be made to our HSBC account.

For Australian buyers, payment is to be made to our Commonwealth account.

For International buyers, payment is to made via Paypal* or Western Union.

Account details will be given upon receiving your order form.

*Please note there will be extra charges for paypal via paypal.

❤ Step 3 : Shipping methods.

All items are shipped on Monday, Wednesday and Friday only. Payment is to be made at 9pm prior to shipping day, failure to do so will result in parcel being mailed out the next shipping day.

For Malaysian buyers, items will be shipped according to shipping method selected on the order form.

We strongly encourage the use of Post Laju as it is insured & should there be any lost during transit, there will be a full refund from Post Malaysia.

For International buyers, items will be shipped via registered post & please allow a shipping time of 7-20 days depending on location.

❤ Terms and Conditions.

Upon submitting order form, you agree to purchase all items stated in the form under all circumstances, no back out should occur. Should you back out once order form is being submitted, a police report will be lodged.

All items paid for are non-refundable. Should a restock item runs out at the suppliers, a full refund will be given.

All items are non-exchangable unless otherwise stated. Should there be any exchange, postage cost will be bourne by buyers only.

All sales or promotional items are non-refundable or exchangable. Should a product be out of stock, shop credit will be given.

❤ Cash on Delivery.

Cash on Delivery is only applicable to residents who resides in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia only with a flat rate of RM4.

Purchase of 3 items and above, COD fees will be waived.

❤ Return Policy.

At Kiss & Tell, we do not practice any return policy. Should item received differ from what you order, kindly mail us to confirm.

❤ Privacy Policy.

All information held by us about you at Kiss & Tell is kept private & confidential, should there be any disclosure of information, your permission will be obtained first.

❤ Usage of Photos.

All photos produced are owned by Kiss & Tell only. Usage of any photos without permission is considered a violation of rights and legal action will be taken.
